HANDLE TEST

Drop test
We rigorously test our luggage for durability by loading each suitcase with up to 25 kg and dropping it onto various surfaces, edges, and all eight corners from a height of 90 cm. This process ensures the robustness and resilience of our products.

Mileage test
Each suitcase is loaded with up to 25 kg and subjected to a simulated uneven terrain test, rolling at a 45° angle at 4 km/h on a treadmill designed to mimic rough surfaces. This test is conducted over the equivalent of 32 km, thoroughly assessing the suitcase's resilience to diverse travel conditions.

Stairs and road test
We conduct rigorous stair simulation tests to ensure our luggage's durability. Each suitcase is loaded with up to 25 kg and an additional 7 kg is applied to the telescopic handle. The suitcase is then angled at 45° and rolled over a specialized cylinder with steps, simulating stair impacts, for 750 cycles.
