FREE UK RETURNS

At Jekyll & Hide, we pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you need to return an item, we’ve made the process straightforward and stress-free.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or there was a mistake in what you received, please return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including shipping costs.

Changed Your Mind or Returning a Gift?
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. If you’ve had a change of heart or wish to return an unwanted gift, we’ll assist with an exchange or refund if the item is returned within 30 days of delivery.

Product Warranty:
Every Jekyll & Hide product is crafted to last, and we stand by our promise of quality with a 2 year warranty. Should anything go wrong in the future, simply reach out to our support team at info@jekyllandhide.co.uk , and we’ll be happy to help. Be sure to include a copy of your order confirmation with your return. Once we receive the unused item, we'll refund the purchase price (excluding delivery costs) to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

REPAIRS

If you feel your Jekyll and Hide item has developed a fault, please email us at info@jekyllandhide.co.uk

All Jekyll and Hide items are sold with a 2-year warranty cover against possible defects in materials and craftsmanship. The item is only covered under the warranty with a valid proof of original ownership and product info, indicating the date and location of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if we are satisfied that it is defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair the items at our expense and return it to you free of charge.

This is, of course, subject to the item being within our 2-year guarantee.

The return of the repair will be the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us.  If we are unable to repair your item, we reserve the right to replace it with the same or similar product.
